Keynote Speaker Presented by Women in NAPEO (WIN):
Kristen Soltis Anderson

The 2020 Election was the most data-intensive political operation in American History as both
parties attempted to grapple with an overwhelmingly digitized society that had also become
increasingly demographically diverse. Political polling has never been more complex and intricate
BUT understanding key societal trends has never been more important. Kristen Soltis Anderson sits
at the center of the change in the polling industry and political data trends. Anderson has been
disrupting the polling industry for years both through her insightful book The Selfie Vote
and through her innovative work as co-founder of Echelon Insights.

In a cutting-edge, customized presentation, Anderson takes audiences through the substantial
shifts in American politics that have occurred in the twenty-first century caused by demographic
trends, generational replacement, and changing cultural attitudes. Anderson provides audiences
with more accurate polling data, high-level analytics, and competitive intelligence. Anderson seamlessly
blends observations from innovative data analysis, focus group research, and personal anecdotes
into an invaluable program that gives any audience a critical look at where American voters,
consumers, and citizens at large are trending and how your organization can take advantage.

CEO Forum Dinner at The Mount Vernon Distillery

The CEO Forum dinner will be held at the Mount Vernon Distillery. In 1799, George Washington’s distillery produced nearly 11,000 gallons, making it one of the largest whiskey distilleries in America at the time. Today, a faithfully reconstructed working distillery produces small batch spirits on-site—and attendees will get to visit and taste this famed whiskey. We will start out in the Gristmill for a reception and move into the Distillery for a seated dinner with your fellow C-level PEO colleagues.

PEO Advocacy Day

PEO Advocacy Day is our chance to make our mark on Capitol Hill and spread the good news about the positive impact of PEOs on small to mid-size businesses and their employees; to make the case for policies and regulations that support and advance the PEO industry. We’ll enjoy lunch on Capitol Hill and then meet with congressional staffers. We will then go in small groups to meet with Senate staff.
