NAPEO’s flagship event, our 2023 Annual Conference & Marketplace, is the largest and most multi-faceted PEO educational and networking event of the year. It's your annual opportunity to gather with your PEO colleagues from around the country to share lessons learned and gain insight from expert speakers. Exhibitions foster business relationships and deliver unique value. Create valuable face-to-face interaction with your current and potential customers, expand awareness, and increase sales. Attendees consist of PEO CEOs, presidents, owners, and other key decision-makers within PEOs. Exhibiting at NAPEO’s 2023 Marketplace will provide your company with tremendous exposure. In addition to exhibit space, sponsorship, and customized advertising packages will allow you to maintain a high profile throughout the conference.
Online Registration Process
Your company will register all booth representatives and/or full conference registration representatives individually online with a choice of two registration types. Booth Representative registration is $495 per person and includes access to the exhibit sessions, general sessions, and the evening event. (Note: Booth representative registration does not include access to educational sessions beyond the general sessions.) Or a Full Conference registration is $795 per person and includes access to the exhibit hall, general sessions, breakout sessions, and evening event. Refunds will be issued for registration cancellations made prior to Monday, October 2, 2023. A $125 cancellation fee will apply. There will be no refunds after Monday, October 2, 2023. Registration fees are quoted at the member rate.
Hotel AccommodationsNAPEO has reserved a block of rooms at the Gaylord Palms Resort & Convention Center, Orlando, FL at the discounted rate of $294/night. Attendees will be emailed a link to reserve a room once they have registered
for the event. Registration is expected to open in June.

Who Will AttendWe expect 1,000+ attendees at NAPEO’s 2023 Annual Conference & Marketplace, 475 are expected from PEO companies.
What your Exhibit Booth Includes- Nearly 6 hours of concentrated non-opposed exhibit time with strategically placed food and beverage stations ensure that attendees visit all corners of the hall each day of the show!
- 7" x 44" ID sign, a 2' x 6' draped table with 2 side chairs, and a wastebasket for your booth.

Exhibitor Awards
New for NAPEO's 2023 Marketplace exhibitors. Recognition and awards will
be presented in the following categories: best overall booth design, best team
attire, and best swag/item giveaways. Prizes may include additional booth
points, gift cards, and/or recognition in our post-conference ad in PEO
Insider featuring your booth/team. Judging will be conducted
with PEOs on NAPEO's conference committee. Get creative, and plan in
advance for an exciting exhibit experience.

Grand and Door Prizes
For NAPEO’s Marketplace exhibitors who wish to have NAPEO announce your prize winner, exhibitors will have to fill out the Exhibitor Raffle Drawing Form and submit it to Nancy Benoudiz onsite at NAPEO’s booth no later than 2:30pm Tuesday, October 10, 2023, to participate.
